Graham Collision provides full-service auto body and collision repair across six locations in Iowa. Their process covers the full customer journey: initial contact and insurance assistance, vehicle inspection and estimating, certified repair with real-time status updates, and final cleaning and inspection before return.

They are I-CAR Gold Class certified and hold manufacturer certifications from Acura, FCA (Stellantis), Ford, GM, Honda, Hyundai, KIA, Lucid, Mazda, Nissan, Porsche, Rivian, Subaru, and Tesla. Notably, Graham Collision is the only Tesla-certified collision repair center in Iowa.

## Customer Process

1. **Contact** — Schedule an estimate; drive-ins welcome. Graham can help contact your insurance company and arrange a rental vehicle.
2. **Inspect** — A qualified estimator inspects visible damage and can submit photos and estimates to your insurance company.
3. **Repair** — I-CAR Gold Class and certified technicians perform repairs. Customers receive real-time updates via text or email. If additional damage is found, Graham contacts the insurer to revise the claim.
4. **Return** — Vehicle is cleaned inside and out, then thoroughly inspected by a service adviser before return.

## Payment

- 2% service fee applies to all credit card transactions.
- Checks over $500 are not accepted; cashier's checks are an accepted alternative.
