Then, know that we’ll handle all of the insurance paperwork, claims processing, adjustments if needed and we’ll keep in constant contact with you throughout the repair process of your vehicle.
Getting started. Contact Graham Collision to schedule an appointment (drive-ins are welcome) for your estimate. If you haven't yet contacted your insurance company, we will be happy to assist you with that process and will even help arrange a rental vehicle should you need it.
We'll thoroughly wash your vehicle prior to the inspection so we can see every detail of your vehicle to provide the proper estimate. With your quote in hand, we'll confirm information and accuracy with your insurance company and schedule a time for your vehicle to be repaired.
The repair process begins. Our I-Car Gold Class professionals will repair your vehicle, providing you with real-time correspondence via text or e-mail throughout the repair process. If, during repair, we uncover additional areas that need attention, we'll contact your insurance provider to revise the claim.
Time for delivery. Thank you for trusting Graham Collision with your safety. We'll return your vehicle with a thorough exterior wash and clean and our service advisers will walk through the delivery with you to ensure nothing less than you complete satisfaction.
